Free Shipping Policies
Exotic sinks free shipping policy is as follows. We will ship anywhere in
the continental 48 states for free. Anything like faucets and accessories or
any product that is shipped via UPS is Free. However, anything shipped via
freightliner like tubs, pedestal sinks, and vanities is accessed a lift-gate
fee if the service is needed. You can choose at checkout if you want the
Lift-gate service for $95.00. The lift-gate is a machine on the back of a truck
to help you unload the tub off the back of the truck and then they take it up
to your house. All deliveries without the lift-gate are curbside deliveries.
You will have the chance to choose your shipping method on the payment screen
as you are checking out. If you order a faucet or a UPS item, just click the
ship to my business option for the free shipping even if going to a residence.
If you are ordering a tub or something shipping by truck, you will need to
choose the shipping method that works for you, a residential delivery or
Lift-gate Services.
Shipping Policies
Our shipping policy is easy and straight forward. We ship a tub or a product
out by truck-line to our customers. We use one of the safest trucking companies
in the market. However damages still happen. When you get your shipment it must
be inspected upon arrival. If the shipment is damaged, refuse the shipment and
call us ASAP. If it is something major then we will have to order you a new
product. Now all damages must be found upon inspection. Once you sign for it in
good condition the trucking companies do not want to know anything after that
and Exoticsinks.com will not cover damages on a product that was signed for in
good condition. If the trucking company does not let you inspect the goods then
you refuse the shipment and call us asap so we can call the trucking company.
Placing an Order
For your convenience we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal & will
take a personal check. If you choose the personal check you must mail it to and

once the check is received and cleared. When an order is placed using a credit

Low Price Guarantee
We at Exoticsinks.com try to have all of our products at the lowest price or
at least a comparable price. However we cannot match all prices on the web. We
urge you to do your shopping before the order is placed. If an order is placed
and you find a cheaper deal we will do the best to match the price. Some cases
we might not be able to match. Any orders cancelled for this reason will be
subject to a 15% administrative fee. This fee covers administrative costs to
process the order that you placed. When your order is placed we go right to
work for you to try and get you your product in the quickest possible
timeframe.
Return & Cancellation Policies
Once an order is placed you get 24 hours to cancel that order. If you cancel your order there will be a 35%
restocking fee, so please do not order a product until you are confident that
it is the product you want. We will so that in the form of reselling it for
you.
