Typographical Errors
In the event that a Exoticsinks.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Exoticsinks.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Exoticsinks.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Exoticsinks.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Exoticsinks.com without notice at any time, for any reason. Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Nonetheless, Exoticsinks.com seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).


Shipping and Returns

The item I ordered does not fit.
  Exoticsinks makes the best effort to provide all the information necessary to allow you to determine the correct fitment of the product for your application. Please use this information to verify proper fitment before placing your order. If there is insufficient information on our website, please contact us and we will provide such information or direct you to where you may obtain it. If a product is purchased, does not fit the application, and you wish to return it, you would need to follow the policies and procedures for a return of that item. If the item is returnable, the restocking fee will apply.
I'm looking for more information about the Free Shipping offer.
  Periodically we offer free shipping promotions. Free Shipping is offered on orders over $1000. Please to call before or after placing the order to be eligible for this promotion. All Free Shipping offers are for Ground shipping only by our choice of carrier to destinations within the continental United States. We cannot apply a credit toward a faster shipping method. We reserve the right to terminate this and any other promotion without prior notice.
When will my order ship?
  Due to the wide range of product options and finishes many items are made to order by the manufacturers.  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Some items will not show availability because it will vary for the various options. In those cases, you will receive a follow-up email within 48-hours to advise of the availability status. Please keep in mind that some items may take over four weeks to ship. After placing your order, you may click the "My Account" link at the upper right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.  Please call our customer service department at 1-800-600-7210 or contact us by email (click here) to obtain to obtain further information.
Do you only ship complete orders?
  Due to varying lead times from different manufactures, product may arrive at our warehouse days apart.  When items to complete an order are due in to our warehouse less than a week apart, your order may be held and shipped together.  When products are due in to our warehouse more than a week apart a partial order may be shipped and the remainder of the order will be shipped as it arrives.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account" link at the upper right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance by email or by phone at 1-800-600-7210.
I want to cancel my order.
  Your order may be edited or cancelled by clicking the "My Account" link at the top of our site anytime prior to being processed by our staff. Your credit card will only be billed when your order is processed. Orders which have not been shipped may be cancelled and shall not be subject to a restocking fee. Orders will not be cancelled once the merchandise has shipped, and shall be treated as a return.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please confirm that the items believed to be missing were indeed part of the items you purchased by looking on the "Items Included" tab on the individual product page.  If there still seems to be an item missing from your order, please contact customer service for assistance by email.
I received a defective or damaged item.
  Damaged or defective items must be reported to us within 72 hours of receiving your order. We can not accept returns for damaged or defective items not reported within 72 hours of customer receiving shipment. Always inspect your products for concealed damages. Damages must be reported immediately. Please call our customer service department at 1-800-600-7210 or contact us by email (click here) to obtain an RMA number prior to returning the merchandise. Item must be returned with original box, packing material, manufacturers' paperwork and be in sellable condition. Product with any signs of installation shall not be accepted under any circumstances. In cases where the damage may have resulted during shipping, the shipper may require an investigation prior to settling a claim. Please retain all packaging materials, and product invoice for these purposes.

My product is missing parts.
  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please confirm that the parts believed to be missing were indeed part of the items you purchased by looking on the "Items Included" tab on the individual product page.  If there still seems to be an part missing from your order, please contact customer service for assistance by email.
Can I return an item?
 

Items purchased at Exoticsinks.com will gladly be accepted for return unless the items' product pages specifically state the items may not be returned. Items accepted for return are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All shipping charges for the item shall be pre-paid by the sender. If a "free shipping" promotion was offered on the item, then the amount of the shipping charge for that item will be deducted from the credit. Please call our customer service department at 1-800-600-7210 or contact us by email (click here) within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain an RMA number prior to sending the merchandise. No items will be accepted without an RMA number. Item must be returned with original box, packing material, manufacturers' paperwork and be in sellable condition. No product shall be accepted with any signs of installation. It may take 60 days or more to process credits. Additionally, Exoticsinks reserves the right to issue a store gift certificate in lieu of a refund to be determined during the return authorization process. Products may not be returned if we are not contacted within 30 days of recieving your order.

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product at 1-800-600-7210 or contact us by email (click here) to obtain an RMA number prior to returning the merchandise. No items will be accepted without an RMA number. Item must be returned with original box, packing material, manufacturers' paperwork and be in sellable condition. Product with any signs of installation shall not be accepted under any circumstances.

What if the item I sent cannot be returned?
 

If we receive an package without an RMA number clearly printed on the outside, the package may be rejected at which point the shipper will determine what they do with the package. We may not issue credit if product is not received in the conditions outlined in our policies such as but not limited to: parts missing, missing or damaged original cartons or packaging, missing packing materials, instructions or warranty papers missing or damaged, product shows signs of installation, or product is not otherwise re-sellable. All the listed conditions may not apply to your case depending on an agreement made with our customer service department. Be sure these conditions are outlined in the "Return Authorization" letter which should be included in the package. If the item received by our Returns department does not meet the outlined conditions, our Returns department will notify you via e-mail and Exoticsinks.com shall not be responsible for sending the package back to you, the customer.
